<p>I go to a competitive public high school that is ranked among the top 30 in the state and the best in its district. Even if you manage to get all A’s you most probably won’t end up in the top 10 people. I was wondering if rank of 14/675 students will have a shot in ivy league admissions (provided I already have good SAT scores, ec’s, a 4.0 gpa, etc).</p>
<p>Ivy schools use holistic admissions. Yes you would have a chance. It would generally be a reach even if you were #1 in your class. Just make sure you have a safety you are willing to attend and can afford on your list.</p>
