something about a plastic toilet seat that seems kind of commercial
I used to feel that way until a wooden seat cracked on me. Ouch! Butt pinch. 
I just replaced a toilet seat. I made sure it was plastic. The plastic seats were all more expensive than the comparable wooden ones by the same company.
