Funny I just replaced 2 toilets in my home that came with soft close seats - didn’t realize that meant they are plastic! It doesn’t bother my husband but there is something about a plastic toilet seat that seems kind of commercial, like in a gas station. Debating on getting wood seat replacements which is all we’ve ever known. Do you like your soft close seats better than wood?
