Clemson Admissions - Class of 2023 DISCUSSION

My hack changed this morning and does not work for bridge program! Any idea on when we will receive envelopes i’m soooo excited !

I just tried the bridge program link and it says my daughter got into the Bridge program! So much better than a denial/ I can’t wait to see her face when she gets the letter. Does anyone know if she’ll receive a regular Clemson acceptance packet or will it just be a letter?

What link did you use to see if you got into the bridge program? mine comes up saying there is an error

@ryanish14 Mine was doing the same thing, but you have to go up into the search bar and backspace until you delete the error notification part. The end just needs to be bridgeinterest/. When I did that, it came up with the search box again

Haven’t seen many Business acceptances using the hack
OOS

3.7 GPA
Business Major
Fingers crossed

Anyone gotten into sports communications yet? Hoping for the best but no hack change yet…

My daughter’s hack changed today. OOS Business major, no class rank, 1200 SAT, 3.7 uw gpa. Very exciting, but if the NPC is correct, she will not be going to Clemson. She’ll be so happy to see that envelope when it arrives but that will be short-lived when we talk dollars. :frowning:

@momofthreeinma Your son should get in. Be patient. My son’s hack changed today, applied Civil Engineering, OOS. GPA 3.6uw/3.7w from super-competitive non-ranking #1 public school in CA, SAT 1330 (690math), couple of AP’s, 4 year varsity athlete (soccer). Pleasantly surprised, hooray for holistic admissions, must have gotten in by the skin of his teeth  Clemson is his #2 choice (after Virginia Tech - still waiting…).

Mine changed this morning. I checked when I woke up.

Mine changed this morning! Clemson is my top so I am very relieved and happy. ACT: 30, GPA: 3.67uw/5.82w, lots of extracurriculars (NJ)

D’s hack changed!! Not sure exactly when. She checked it once a couple of weeks ago and then not again until about half an hour ago. 1450 SAT, 3.4 WGPA, OOS, Criminal Justice major @ladyvette826

She hasn’t checked the bridge hack. Is that necessary? Seems like I haven’t seen anyone report having both hacks change.

@momzilla2D Congratulations! I wish my D had been accepted directly to Clemson, but we’ll take the bridge! I don’t think you have to try the bridge hack if the official one is working.

My hack changed early this morning and the bridge had said that I did not have eligible status for bridge

My hack hasn’t changed yet, still “unable to determine”. Clemson is my first choice & im worried and nervous now since it hasn’t changed yet
STATS:

Do I have a chance of getting in? Or should I start looking elsewhere?

So- there’s the message that says that the status cannot be determined… and there’s the “enter the code” joy. Is there a message that seems more definitely like bad news? My sons friends seem to be seeing the code message either on Clemson or Bridge, but his still says “not determined”. Ugh. Could this be waitlist or should I get some comfort food?

OK, I decided to go ahead and run the numbers for all possible scenarios in the recently updated Net Price Calculator. In all of the below cases, the profile was for an 18 year old, OOS student living on campus.

For a student ranked in the top 10%, with the indicated SAT/ACT, the estimated merit awards are:
SAT 1590-1600/ACT 36 - $20,000
SAT 1540-1580/ACT 35 - $20,000
SAT 1500-1530/ACT 34 - $15,000
SAT 1460-1490/ACT 33 - $10,000
SAT 1430-1450/ACT 32 - $10,000
SAT 1400-1420/ACT 31 - $7,500
SAT 1370-1390/ACT 30 - $7,500
SAT 1340-1360/ACT 29 - $5,000

For a student ranked between 10% and 15%:
SAT 1590-1600/ACT 36 - $7,500
SAT 1540-1580/ACT 35 - $7,500
SAT 1500-1530/ACT 34 - $7,500
SAT 1460-1490/ACT 33 - $7,500
SAT 1430-1450/ACT 32 - $7,500
SAT 1400-1420/ACT 31 - $7,500
SAT 1370-1390/ACT 30 - $7,500
SAT 1340-1360/ACT 29 - $5,000

All other combinations indicated $0 in Merit Aid.

Still no change on either hack for us this morning. Looking more and more like a denial or waitlist.

Does anyone know that if our hack changed it means they’ve sent our acceptance letter? Mine changed yesterday and I live relatively close to the school, so I was wondering if I would get mine sooner or if everyone gets them on the same day.

Someone commented yesterday that according to admissions, all the letters will mail next Monday. You should still be one of the first to get it, after they are finally sent.

No change on hack for us as of 8:17
