Clemson Class of 2029 Official Thread

That happened to me as well. He had the withdraw application, change major buttons back. Then I refreshed and they disappeared again. Could this day go any slower.

Good luck everyone! If it’s an acceptance, that is wonderful, great news. If it is not, then your student will still land on their feet and have a terrific experience elsewhere. One way or the other, things will work out.

My son’s honors button is still there and I can still click on it and apply.

No, it only has the purple bar. It was like that but went away

We only have the “honors interest form” button. My son did not click on it though. Clemson is also a reach for him.

Have you refreshed the portal? It might be back after you refresh?

Yes! The honors app is back. That is weird.

we have had the honors button all along. When I click on it it lets me submit. It was there this morning too. Is that good?

Weird question but does anyone know if you get Summer Start, does the portal still show the Paw Prints as if you were a regular Fall admit?

Yes, it does

Not a weird question I wondered the same thing.

Same with us. No idea if it’s good or not. I guess we will find out soon!

Where are the paw prints, the only paw print I see is the one within the Clemson title at the top of the portal

Yes. My older son got summer start. You have to read the letter!

I think he meant when accepted into it when decisions are released

If you are accepted it’s like “confetti” tiger paws.

I dont know if this helps anyone but I dont think my portal has changed at all - I would consider myself borderline on being accepted- especially without any essay consideration - so not sure - just going off stats on the 23-24 Common Data Set -

No, I do not think this day could be any slower - but yet I am enjoying the feeling of hope for as long as I can - at 6:01 for good or for bad the excitement of waiting ends. So I like to enjoy the hope part
Right now for me - I could still be accepted

Yep. When my daughter got in, my husband asked “what does the letter say?” And my daughter said “I don’t know; there are so many tiger paws I could barely read it.” My husband (given that he bleeds orange) got a kick out of that.

This is good advice - I remember last year with UofFL a lot of people were really upset because apparently the letter started with Congratulations you’re a gator - and many people got all excited then to read forward to learn it was not the traditional fall start - I only heard this so can’t confirm since my sibling was denied
