<p>Anyone at Denison who can report on the progress? Is it to open before fall 2008?</p>
<p>Lots of progress until the other day when they lost their building permit in court. This building sits in the rather picky historical village district. The renovation is also adding a very contemporary wing at one end-- a studio, I believe. The village code and this wing are the sticking points. I think they’re working on figuring out a way forward. Seems like maybe they could have seen it coming.</p>
