So I had a really detailed post and then College Confidential told me I wasn’t logged in, so this is pretty short - let me know if you need more details.
My ACT is a 32 - 29 math, 30 science, 34 english, 36 reading, 10 on the writing. My GPA is a 3.16 (partially due to moving a lot having an impact on me, I’ve been to four high schools already). I am improving though as my GPA this year was a 3.65. I was in AC science and history last year. This year I was in Honors English. (Moving gave me limited class choice as most honors and AP classes were full). I’ve been involve with Africa Project (club that raises awareness and fundraises for organizations in Africa that educate children and families on health and nutrition,.) and HERO (fundraises and helps with local hospital). I have over 100 volunteer hours with Summer in the City (organization the paints over graffiti, plants community gardens and tutors and holds camp for children in Detroit) and my church (VBS and Sunday School). I’ve been a nanny for two different families, both for a year if this matters.
I’m asking because anyone that gets into the Honors Program gets a full ride. Also you have to submit a thousand word autobiography, should I focus on my work with inner city children (which I love and plan to do for a while) or my moving (help explain lower grades and why I wasn’t in a lot of APs).

In other words, you are in.

Thanks! I did already know the admissions criteria though, but they did state they don’t always let everyone who meets one of these in. I guess I just wanted to know how likely it is that I’ll make it in, because I have a full ride somewhere else but it’s in a little town with nothing else around for like an hour. I’d much rather be in Cleveland.
