<p>CSU, and I base this off of accounts from a friend of mine who goes there, and my occasional visits to campus, is very oriented to commuters. They have dorms, but they aren’t exactly overflowing. And you’ll find alot of people in your oversized classes who ought not be in college, because they have very low standards for acceptance generally. </p>
<p>Unfortunately, as nobody I know there has so much as taken an accounting course, I cannot comment on the department or the program.</p>
