The list includes AP Physics, USH, WH (9th grade) , AB, BC, Econ/Gov etcetera…</p>

ACT 34
GPA 4.7 or 3.87
Rank 3/502
PSAT 222
Assume 3 ~730-770 subject tests, math 2, USH and something… </p>

<p>Awards:
National Merit
National AP Scholar (Jr. year)
Went to state for both Speech Team and DECA </p>

<p>EC:
~500 volunteer hours at a hospital in Minneapolis</p>

<p>FOR FOUR YEARS:

  1. (JV/V) Tennis,
  2. Speech Team,
  3. Trivia Bowl
  4. Science Club</p>

<p>FOR TWO YEARS:
5) DECA, (competitive business club)
6) Spanish Honor Society
7) NHS,</p>

<p>ONE YEAR
8) Volunteer Club </p>

<p>Leadership:

<p>For the last two, it’s really a lot like coaching a few less experienced students. </p>

<p>Overall a strong applicant, decent GPA and AP’s good SAT II tests, as well as ECs. GPA is good but you know Northwestern is highly competitive so its average to them. Best of luck!</p>

<p>You have solid APs and your class rank is pretty solid as well. You’re lacking in neither extra-curricular nor community service so I’d say that you’re pretty strong as well. Also, this is a more qualitative but even in the chance thread you seem like someone who has a personality…which is really what you need to have in a NW applicant hahahah
I’d say solid chances!</p>
