<p>This really is reprehensible. Clinton’s own health care proposals would make such failures of payment a criminal act. And their failure to pay premiums hurts all of those that are part of the overall plan.</p>

<p>They haven’t paid a number of bills or salaries to staff and are millions in debt.</p>

<p>To borrow HRC’s own line…Shame on you Hillary Clinton.</p>
