I was thinking the same thing…at my company heads would roll if something like this couldn’t be fixed right away.

Your frustrations are absolutely valid and certainly shared. The vendor relationship is something we’re consistently working on improving, and we do expect to see improvements in the coming weeks. The delay on this particular fix is related to a security issue that had to be patched, which took higher priority. Focus has returned to correcting the outstanding issues affecting the overall user experience, including the odd timestamp behavior.

Hope it all works out.

In the meantime, at least we have POST numbers :slight_smile:

@CCadmin_Justin‌ , any progress on this? It’s been 3 weeks since we were told they were aiming to fix it within a week.
