<p>Can’t believe this is happening in the US.
“Video has emerged of the terrifying twister that left at least 89 people dead and 400 injured in Joplin, Missouri”</p>
<p>I’m having to block this out today. Joplin is an absolutely delightful town. Incredibly friendly sweet people. Terrific food. Picturesque. So sad. Not fair. Can’t parse this today.</p>
<p>My girlfriend lives about 20 minutes from Joplin, in Neosho, all I can say is thank go she’s fine. By the way, her friend’s mom is a nurse who was on the crew looking for survivors, she found the Pizza Hut leveled and the manager decapitated. Yeah… Anyway, god (if there’s a god, and don’t see this as a chance to debate) bless those who survived, as well as the souls of those who were less fortunate.</p>
