<p>when do the closed sections open up? i want to enroll in the 8am section of ENG COMP 131D but right now it's closed and there is only one section open that has enrollment cap at 20 (and it conflicts w/ one of my other planned classes anyway). will the 8am section ever open up or is it just in case the one section fills up?</p>
