<p>i applied through HUB SIO… if you go to aid/account -> financial aid -> gate loan, they’ll ask you to insert the amount that you want to burrow… and they e-mail you couple weeks later for your info… then couple weeks later, you sign the promissory note online or they send it to you.</p>
