CMU Pre-College Invoice

<p>I received about a month ago a confirmation of my deposit, and it said that the invoice would arrive at the end of April, but it still hasn’t.
Is this normal?</p>

<p>I think it’s normal. I had the same question and called late last week. I confirmed that they had our deposit… The person I talked to in admissions said the ball is now in the enrollment dept.'s court, and that they would be sending an invoice…presumably before it’s due June 2nd. Sloooow, for sure. We sent our stuff April 23!</p>

<p>Okay, I still haven’t received the invoice. I was told last week that it was being mailed that day, which was a full week ago. Have other people received theirs yet? Thanks–</p>

<p>Folks, don’t despair. CMU is an amazing school with a wonderful summer program, but they are not the most well organized as far as paperwork. Just keep tabs on where your stuff is in the process and it will all come out OK!</p>

<p>We finally got our invoice yesterday. It has a June 6 due date on it, but I called this morning and they said that was pushed out because they went out so late. I can absolutely confirm what NMR says…excruciatingly slow administrative process, but I think we finally reached the finish line.</p>

<p>I spoke to the office today and they said they had sent us TWO invoices, but we haven’t received either one. I just went ahead and sent in the balance they gave me over the phone. My daughter has submitted her picture for the student ID card and she has a student ID number, but I’m still confused about an “andrew account”? Does anyone have any light to shed on this? Thanks!</p>

<p>I believe that the Andrew account is the email account. My D and I were looking into it a moment ago. She will do the set up over the weekend.</p>
