<p>I don’t know too much about Penn but a 4.0 is really impressive from Carnegie Mellon (I should know I go there too haha.) Is economics a part of Wharton? If so that probably ramps things up a bit. Also, do you have any other reasons to transfer to Penn? I know I had a hard time writing my transfer essays because CMU dabbles in so many different things that it seems like you’d be taken care of you know? But all in all I think your college GPA is a huge strong point as well as your internship, I would say you have a better than average chance.
