CMU vs RPI for Graduate Environmental Engineering (EnvE)

I was admitted to the Carnegie Mellon (CMU) and Rennselaer Polytechnic (RPI) graduate environmental engeineering programs. They are both offering money but RPI is offering more money. I was wondering what the job fairs and job prospects are like for CivE vs EnvE students at the two schools? Does CMU have a much better brand name? I don’t really care about the location and I am only concerned about the strength and quality of the program and the companies that are recruiting there. I was also admitted to JHU but think it would be better to go to a tech school.
