When we would visit my parents before my mom passed away, DH would wake up early to beat my mom to the kitchen to put on a pot of coffee. My mom and dad liked their coffee weak and DH was too polite to say anything about it!</p>
<p>I don’t indulge often, but when I do I go to Starbucks and get a plain venti coffee with 2 “shots in the dark,” cream and 2 splenda. It’s like getting shocked with the paddles if you are in cardiac arrest!</p>
<p>I also love instant Folgers.</p>
<p>I need a glossary of all this coffee shop lingo!</p>
<p>Starbucks Caramel Frappuchino light yummy! I also love the Pumpkin Spice and Gingerbread Lattes (non fat, no whip of course!)</p>
<p>We don’t have Dunkin Donuts here in California (yet) but when I was back east I had an iced coffee with nonfat milk and a shot of caramel and it was delicious.</p>
<p>I am happy to get my drinks made with skim milk, but can’t always refuse the whipped cream… :)</p>
<p>Hmm, how about a double tall, silky foam, 125 degrees, half caf, soy, sugar free, extra whip, 2 sweet and low, light vanilla, caramel macchiato? </p>
<p>Just kidding, I get a tall Pike Place coffee. But that’s not an unusual order, where I live.</p>
