Does Colby consider demonstrated interest? I can’t find any recent common data sets from Colby so hard to tell

Is the assumption that decisions will come out on March 15th? Just looking at past years and it seems to come out around that time
Is the Presidential Scholar email the same as the Colby Scholar email? It asked the student to respond to two prompts?
Not sure but my son got an email only about the Pulver Scholar program and has an interview next week. I think they are two separate programs.
Is March 15 the general consensus?

I’m not sure what you’re asking. The CSS profile was due for Colby by Jan. 16. for RD.
No like they normally give waivers out to people who requested for it around close to decision month. But for now the request fufills all css requirements. The waiver is seen almost as a good chance you will be accepted

My daughter never showed interest, never toured until after she was admitted, so I am not sure if they do!

Oh, we didn’t request a waiver so I’m not sure. Hopefully someone else can chime in.

Based on past years I would say this is the most likely date. The wait is awful right now.

does colby ask all applicants to fill out the presidential scholars form in late feb?
Pretty sure the answer is no. But if you look at past threads, it’s also not an assurance of acceptance.
Definitely fill it out, though!
