My kid is an RD applicant. Got an email in early Feb asking to indicate interest in any of the Scholars programs. Subsequently got an email to Interview for the Pulver, which just finished and was amazing.
Does anyone know how strong an admissions signal it is to get a Pulver interview? My kid was really excited afterwards. 
Which Scholars program? Was it the Bachelor+Master program with UChicago?
There are threads from earlier years from people invited to interview for these scholarships (pulver and presidential), and most – but not all - seem to have been accepted. They only invite really strong applicants, so its definitely an honor.
Thanks, I saw them. Most were started in 2020 and may be a bit obsolete. Threads also closed.
I wonder how many Pulver interviews are given nowadays?

Yes - here invited for Presidential (did app) and UChicago masters offer was in the app too (declined)

WL - does anyone know anything about the Global Entry Semester?
I don’t know how many Colby takes from the waitlist
ETA: She said yes to application to Global Entry Semester – so we will see if they let her in! Does anyone know how many students apply to this?
Colby doesn’t award merit scholarships.
I guess no monetary scholarship – I don’t think they give any? My daughter is out of town and didn’t say anything other than that she got in.
D26 got in- this was her reach so very excited

S26 was accepted. Did anyone hear back about the Presidential Scholars or the UChicago Master’s program?

Did anyone apply to the UChicago Advanced Scholars program? Has anyone received a decision?
It was a supplemental portion of the Presidential Scholar application. My S26 was offered a spot in the Presidential Scholar Program and they are flying him up to the admitted student event later this month. His ultimate decision will likely be influenced heavily on whether he is offered a spot in the UChicago Advanced Scholars cohort.
This seems like a question to put in the UChicago thread.
I totally disagree. This is a program offered by Colby College and Colby will issue the decisions… he was invited to apply along with the Colby Presidential Scholars program.
