<p>Crap!!! Just checked the internet for the first time in 4 days since I’ve been out of town. Last weekend, I purchased my non-refundable ticket for a Sunday morning flight to Oakland. On Tuesday, I learned that I’ve been switched to a triple unit which has a move in day scheduled for tomorrow! There’s no way I can make it until Sunday.</p>

<p>@nicopico: I wouldn’t worry. You can check in anytime from Move-In Day until the day classes begin @August 28.</p>

<p>Folks moving into Unit 1, Unit 2, Foothill, and Clark Kerr: note that construction on Piedmont Avenue, one block east from the Units and right alongside CKC is expected to be extremely congested due to the inevitable rush of students as well as the likely possibility that construction may not be fully completed by this weekend. Adjust your schedules accordingly.</p>
<p>Also, folks moving into Unit 1 and Unit 2 will not have the luxury of the Underhill Parking Lot that usually sits between the Units, as it is currently under reconstruction into a multi-level parking structure/athletic field. Consequently, parking and dropping off luggage will be much more difficult than in previous years. Again, keep this in mind and adjust accordingly, not just for your own sanity but for the (hopefully) smooth logistical flow of the area in general.</p>
<p>It should be bedlam, but it’ll be fun. Hope everyone has a good time, and remember to lift with your legs, not with your arms.</p>
