College Actuary

I’m a international student. SAT: cr 640 math 800 writing 660
sat 2: math2: 800 physics 790. My gpa is 9.1 out of 10. (Our country gpa is different)
I’m intended to become an actuary. Which college should I apply to?
I’m thinking of Bentley University, Pennsylvania State University and UCLA. What are my chances?

[Be an Actuary](http://www.beanactuary.com/) can help you learn how to prepare for an actuarial career.

You do not need to major in an actuary-specific major, since many schools offer the needed course work that you can take as electives around another major (often math or statistics). An actuary-specific major may simply make it more convenient to know which courses to take.

Could you recommend me some other schools ?

Are Bucknell and Lafayette good ?

Look up the college in the VEE requirement course listings to see if it offers the needed courses:
