College Admissions HEELP!

Okay so overall, i tried my hardest to take a variety of classes. I’m currently a senior, I’ve had 6 AP classes, currently enrolled in three this year. I’ve taken AP World history, AP chem, AP us history, AP statistics, AP Government, and AP english.

For my extracurriculars, I’ve been involved in key club for about 3 years, having almost about 100 hours of service. I have also volunteered at the library for three years as well. I’m in this program that’s involved in politics, and creating positive changes within the community, and I’ve done track and field for about two years now.

My overall total weighted GPA is 3.64

I’ve taken 3 years of math (my last year, being the 3rd)
And i’ve had 3 years of sciences (biology, physiology, and ap chem)

My problem is that i took pre-calculus during my sophomore year, and obtained a D in my last last semester. And as for my junior year, my AP chem grade dropped to a D.

Since i’m a senior, and about to apply soon, i do not meet the A-G requirements. I am totally lost right now, and have no idea what other options there are for me. Will UC’s not accept D’s for honor classes? Is there a way to meet the requirements BEFORE i apply?
