@karlmarx2020 I didn’t get an invite. Not surprised as Elon was a reach with my stats from the start. The engagement scholarship was also a surprise so not getting fellows wasn’t too disappointing hahah

@ntk131998 this was a great thread. I feel like when I peruse the threads of the schools my D has applied to, everyone has a 2300 SAT and has claimed to have basically cured dolphin cancer. My D was deferred to RD at Elon, so hoping for the best!

Thought I would go ahead and round this out with the final decisions from the deferrals…

A little surprised here but not really upset haha.
USouthCarolina: I think I was accepted…
I got an email about my FA needing to be confirmed (or something like that) and when I logged on it gave me the option to pay my enrollment deposit.
Either way, won’t be attending.

Yours has been an interesting and inspiring story. It just goes to show that you don’t have to have a 4.0 to get into good colleges. We toured Elon in January and were very impressed with it. Lots of great things happening there. Let us know how your experience is at Elon!
