College Admissions

Theoretically speaking, if my winter semester grades were requested and I had only 3 classes which were Organic Chemistry-2, Calculus-2, and Calculus Physics. Would that make me look weak even if I have good grades in all of them or should I take an extra class?

Schools of choice, USC, UCLA, UTexas-Austin, UFlorida, UMichigan(in-state)

3 classes on a semester schedule… how many credits is that?

i’d take 12-15 credits to be safe. take an easy elective, if necessary. i know usc likes to see a minimum of 12 credits per semester… they want to see that you can do well carrying a full courseload.

that is 14 credits, i am used to taking 17-18 but I wasn’t sure if a humanities course would really make much of a difference since they are usually just considered an easy A. I suppose an extra A always helps the gpa too.
