No. Most colleges require at least 2 semesters before transferring
You can transfer again, but ultimately the college that you’ll get your degree from has a minimum number of semesters, generally 4, required at their university

If so I don’t think you’ll get your answer here as this is primarily a U.S. focused forum.
Even if it’s possible why do you want to move every semester?
