Hi, I am an international applicant and when I took the some Subject Tests the other day I met a French student, who was 24,already got a degree, about to take the SAT. She said she wants to apply to UPenn and that she will apply in March… which got me confused. I didn’t feel like correcting her but I am sure applications are open for two rounds: November, then December. For international and domestic. And that transfers are usually in April. Am I wrong, or is there some other special application?

Hi @XCjunior2016 is that only including the people who are currently studying?
A transfer doesn’t have to be currently studying. I’m not sure how internationals are viewed in the process, though. Likely the student has researched for themself
