College Bridge Grade Importance?

I recently finished a college bridge program at a pretty good university (I’m a rising high school senior and it was a 200 level class). I ended up getting an A-. Will that affect my chances of getting into a good college/do colleges really care about what I got? I know that an A- counts toward a 3.7, but it goes onto my transcript with that college and not my high school transcript, so will (prestigious) colleges care that I didn’t get a 4.0?

No.
