Hi guys I’m going to be an incoming senior this fall and I’m wondering what schools would be a best fit for me. I have a 3.9 unweighted GPA and a 5.0 weighted GPA. I have only taken honors classes and additionally 3 APs. I’m an athlete as well as in National Honor Society. I have other community service hours and a paid internship at a top consulting firm on my resume. My sat score was a 1700 and my act was a 26. I plan to take the SAT this fall again. I hope to attend a great school in the northeast such as an Ivy or Babson or another good second tier school such as USC or Notre Dame. I want to study Business/Finance. What schools you think would fit me applying to and why?

Hi! Honestly, with your SAT/ACT scores, an Ivy is probably out of the picture. Is price a factor? You’d likely get a good scholarship at Bryant, which is known for business.

I say that you should go immediately to “fairtest.org” and start researching test-optional colleges. Your scores are not competitive at Ivy League colleges, but there are lots of great schools where your strong GPA and transcript will get the attention they deserve.

Rebecca price really isn’t a huge factor I mean it would be nice to get a scholarship but anything basically goes
