I have a question: I’m transferring this fall and I was wondering what class of 20xx am I going to be in. Will it be class 2020 or 2021?
Depends on how many classes you have left to take, I’d assume? If you spend three years at the university it’d be 2020. Four years would be 2021.
I can’t believe class registration for next semester is on Tuesday already for me. @-) It’s gonna be a fun but hard semester.
I got permission today to take the Electronics class (circuitry) in the physics department even though I haven’t taken the prereqs (physics w/calc 1 and 2). I’m really excited because I did a lot of electronics work in high school but haven’t been able to do it at all since.
I also will be taking Real Analysis I and Design and Implementation of Programming Languages, which are required for the math and CS majors, respectively.
I will also be finishing up my dance minor with the Advanced Jazz Dance class.
And finally, I’ll be taking a gen ed (lol, pushed some off till senior year), most like Intro to Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
When do you guys register for classes?
I’m officially a rising senior now… how’d three years go by so fast!?!
I can’t believe the semester is practically over. I have four finals between Monday and Wednesday of this week. After Wednesday, I’m just chilling here at school until Sunday, and then I’m heading home for summer. I’m not really looking forward to it.
Yup…it’s crazy. Two more days and I’m out of here for the summer.
To accomplish in the month of May:
- write, edit, and polish research article
- catch up on books, TV, and video games
- work on short story collection
- get my sleep schedule back to something resembling a normal person’s
I just finished my last final today. Grades will be decent this semester; a mix of A’s and A-'s. Parents are coming up on Saturday to take me home. I’m going to be sad when I have to leave.
Summer is going to be relaxing. When did I become a senior, though?
Spring grades officially in. I’m happy, especially considering I had 15 credits of STEM classes and 3 credits of research. Now to prepare for my internship.
Senyaaaaas :)>-
HEY, SENIORS! Classes begin two weeks from today for me. Where did summer go? Is everyone excited for the new semester?
I’m so excited!
Classes start 3 weeks from today for me!
It’s gonna be a super busy semester. I’m taking some really hard classes and have a lot more extracurricular and leadership commitments than I normally do. Hopefully I make it through with my GPA in tact…
The stress is a little bit lightened though, by the fact that I already have a full time job offer (actually two!) for when I graduate from the place I’m interning at this summer.
I just had so much fun this summer and can’t wait to come back. I can’t believe my last day is Friday, it’s gone by so fast!
I’m moving-in in two days! I’m so excited.
Hey guys I’m finally transferring to University at Albany studying chemistry! I can’t believe you guys are finally rising seniors. I hope everyone has fun during this semester and next semester as this four years will be gone super soon. I hope to finally pass organic chemistry the second time. All best, class of 2018 classmate.
I’m back on campus and couldn’t be happier! It’s so nice living on my own, again. (Sorry, mom and dad!)
I lived on my own in a big city far from home this summer and wish I had a longer time at home before I go back to school…but oh well. Moving in tomorrow and ready to kick butt this semester.
Well, my last final is tomorrow. This semester went by so fast!
Hey, all! Hope your spring semester has been great.
I have one week of classes left and NO FINALS. I could technically leave here next Friday, but I’m staying a few days during finals week just to hang. I can’t believe summer break is knocking on the door, once again.
To those of you graduating: good luck, and I hope you have an awesome road ahead of you. I do my full-time student teaching in the fall and then officially graduate in December.
I just finished my last week of classes, and it’s officially two weeks until graduation! I can’t believe how fast everything has gone by!
Congratulations @guineagirl96!
Wow, I forgot I made this thread. This post-grad life is interesting, especially since I’m doing Law school preparations.
