College Class vs. AP for Ivies

Hey, so for my senior schedule, I have a choice between AP Environmental Science at my school or Statistics at my local community college. Now, AP Statistics is not offered at my school (it used to be), so our school system directly puts it on students’ high school transcripts as Statistics (College), so it is basically equivalent to an AP Statistics course in my view.

What would colleges look more favorably upon on your senior course schedule if I was taking many other APs as well and 6 classes total? I’ve heard that these two options are basically the same to colleges, but some people tell me that taking Statistics would be even better because it shows more diversity, as you are taking APs AND college courses. What do you think?

I think that generally the college courses look more impressive than their respective AP equivalents. AP Environmental Science and AP Statistics are probably looked upon similarly in prestige and rigor in college admissions, but I think the college Statistics course would appear better and more rigorous.

EDIT: Oops. Sorry, I failed to realize this was from last year, lol.

A calculus based college statistics course should look more impressive than AP Statistics, which approximates a non-calculus-based college statistics course.
