I am going into junior year and after this year I will have completed Adv. Pre-Calc and AP Stats and intend to go to the community college over the summer to complete another high level math. Will this make me considered a transfer student? Also will dual-enrollment classes cause me to be considered a transfer student when applying for admission?

Only post HS college coursework counts towards being considered a transfer applicant. So you would still apply as a fr applicant.

You will still be considered a Freshman student, but there will probably be some process to report the college classes you took so they can see if the courses will transfer. So, the short answer is no, it won’t affect your admission type.

You are always required to provide transcripts for college coursework taken during HS, see the CA under Colleges & Universities.
