hi.
I’m new to this site. I live in Africa and been out of high school for three years because i want to school in the U.S. i want to go to a community college because it cheaper and i can work part time. I may go and live in Maryland or Chicago (most likely Chicago). I don’t want to get there and feel like a complete stranger so I’d like to chat with someone that can recommend community colleges and also someone that I can keep in touch with so i won’t be/feel alone when i get there. Please help. I really need this and seeing as this seems like a serious site, I’d like serious answers. Thank you. I’ve read that to get into cc i need to write a placement test and my math is terrible and I’m not even sure about what to study. Do i have to take SAT too? I’m gonna be 20 this year and plan to enroll next year. Please help/advice/suggest. Thanks a lot.
