college courses @ community college

My DS is planning to apply to Stanford. He’s been taking college-level math courses since his freshman year. Two of them were result of scholarships from JHU-CTY for his SAT scores while in middle school. Due to cost and distance from more challenging schools, he took subsequent courses at local community college. Will Stanford regard these less than if he had taken them at a more prestigous school? We tried to make the best choice based on the fact that he did not have a driver’s license and that the other possible colleges did not offer classes at a convenient time.

Any feedback from other parents that have had similar situations would be appreciated. Just looking to get ideas of what others to focus on. thanks!
