College Courses/Enrichment Programs

So I took an iTV Rutgers course in Western Civilization in sophomore year, and another one in psychology in junior year. An iTV course in our school is when students are able to view professors lecture live and interact with them in real time. However, although I was registered as a Rutger’s student with my own NetID and access to Rutger’s Blackboard, I was wondering if that falls under the category of “College Courses.” I would assume that it does because I have a Rutger’s transcript for those two classes.

But according to the common app, the “college courses” have to be on a college campus. The common app states:

“Enrichment or College Course? This question pertains only to college courses taken on a college campus or online, not college-sponsored courses that may have been taught at your secondary school. If you took a course as part of a special academic program that required an application for participation, please select Enrichment Program, even if you earned college credits for the course. If you enrolled directly in a course through a college’s or university’s registrar, admission, or continuing education office, please select College Course.”

So can someone please tell me if I should put these courses down in the “Colleges” section of the common app?
