College Courses Taken in High School

Hello, I was reading about bringing AP credit to GWU and I read about college courses taken in high school. On the website it says GWU will grant credit if we have received a grade of C- or better. Does this mean if I do not pass the AP exam for a college course, GWU can still grant me credit if I have a grade of C- or better? Sorry, I am just confused so please clarify this :)

No, you need a 4 or 5 on the exam. It’s in the link you posted.
Please refer to the following charts for GW’s course equivalents:

Yeah, but what’s the whole paragraph about college courses taken in high school?

College Courses taken in High School
If you have completed college courses while in high school, we generally grant credit if you received a grade of “C-” or better in the courses, and if the courses are similar to those offered at GW. In order to receive credit, you should have official transcripts sent to us as soon as possible. The University does place limitations on the amount of credit that will transfer. GW school specific regulations on transfer credit can be obtained for the University Bulletin or by contacting the appropriate Dean’s office.

That’s for students who actually took courses at a college during HS. For AP courses taken at your HS, you need a 4 or 5 on the exam.
