Tomorrow representatives for schools from across the country are coming to my school to attract students like me to their programs to learn more about their college.

Any tips? What types of questions should I ask? Is there anything I can ask a representative that could increase my chance of getting into that school?
Also, I heard that if you give them a brief resume of yours then they take your interest into consideration. Should I do that?

Enjoy yourself.

First, figure out what’s important to you in a college. Location? Majors? Class sizes?
Then take notes, maybe, and see if you genuinely like the school and/or if it seems like a good fit academically and personally for you.

Don’t fret about asking questions (unless you really do have a question). Do not give a resume - not only will the admissions rep throw it away but the other students at your school will probably resent you for trying to suck up. There’s nothing you can do really to increase your chance of getting into that school, IMHO
