I know it’s May 1st, but I am trying to last minute decide between the Honors College at the University of South Carolina (studying International Business which is supposedly ranked #1) and attending Pepperdine University where I was named a Regents scholar and would also be studying International Business. Which is the better choice academically? I am from Greenville, SC, so USC is the better financial option. Please help!
Also, the Honors College at USC is #1 in the country.
My friend is going through the same type of debate. I think she is going to settle on her state school because she feels like her true attraction to the private school is the prestige. The state school is well regarded and will get her where she needs to go. and, she can save money for graduate school then. Good luck.
