I would agree with all of the great advice here. D has a friend who was recruited by both Harvard and Brown for athletics and is extremely happy with her choice of Brown. She also has a friend who was admitted by both Harvard and Pomona, and has never regretted picking Pomona. S just spent a weekend with someone he knows at Harvard, who can’t imagine being anywhere else. There’s a reason there are so many terrific but different colleges out there. Congratulations for being in a position where you had to make a decision like this, and for being your own person when you made it!
