College decisions

I am a junior at a private school in Mississippi. The school is a very good one, but since I just transferred here I dont have that great of grades. I have all A/B (mostly A) and take one AP course, physics, and honors precalculus. I am in Spanish 3, and am doubling up in sciences. I really would like to get into Northwestern university, but I am worried because my GPA is about 3.7 and since I haven’t taken the ACT since freshman year I just wont include it. I know I can get into other colleges, because a 3.7 isn’t bad but its not good enough for NU. I am particularly interested in NU because it has a great Bhangra (Indian folk dance) team. If my chances aren’t that good with NU, can you recommend a good school that has an award winning bhangra team, as well as a good science program? I would like to major in biology or something of that sort to become a doctor, and minor in Spanish. Also, my extracurriculars include Mock Trial, NHS, 2 jobs, 2 volunteer places that I volunteer at a lot, president of Environmental club, Student Council, Project RISHI, Spanish club, International Club. I have participated in MUN and Speech and Debate before as well. Thank you so much!!
