<p>Would the states he looked at with statewide affirmative action bans necessarily be good ones to draw conclusions from with respect to how segregated white and black students are? California and Texas have substantial and growing non-NH-white non-NH-black populations (especially in the college student age group) which may affect the results of this study.</p>
