College Dilemma: Should the deciding factor be Major or Campus?

So I’m stuck. I have two colleges I’d love to attend I.U.P and Florida Tech. Understand that I’m going to college for more then just academics. I don’t want to enjoy the social aspect, I want to embrace and learn from it. Making friends, learning new opinion, getting out of my comfort zone, etc. That plays a huge role in what school I chose.
I.U.P: Political Science. Pros
-Bigger campus, more people, closer to home but not to close, live social scene, cost less
Cons
-Weather

Florida Tech: Aerospace Science Pros
-Beautiful location, Very far from home, I would get to fly planes, plenty of “nerds”(I’m more then ok with that), near the beach, always sunny.
Cons
-expensive as hell for my family, some have described the social scene there as dead.

For me, If I had to pick a major, I’d pick Aerospace. But math has never been my strong point and I feel like could get more out of IUP from the campus life and Political Science program.
SO MY QUESTION IS: (If I’m someone who enjoys learning no matter what it is and is not worried about finding a job after school) Should I picked based of what Major will I enjoy/learn from more, or what Campus will I enjoy/learn from more?
