College football 2023 🏈

I thought for sure Moore was coming to Michigan, where he could probably start next year, assuming McCarthy leaves for the NFL. And he’s from Detroit.

Oregon? Where Gabriel is already committed? You’re right, that is wild.

And McCord, OSU’s former QB, picks Syracuse?

In other college football news, Sushiritto and family are going to the Rose Bowl!

I just read that Will Howard, KSU’s former QB, is going to USC, which explains Malachi Nelson I assume.

OMG, that coach was too much. I couldn’t believe it. I guess he forgot that Beeson was a transfer from Florida. And four of our starters were signed, not transfers. Did you see his presser the day before? So smug. I have not not liked a coach this much since Pete Carroll at USC.

It was during that pressertwo days before that I felt confident. He was too smug, and the players were so loose but in a bad way, like young and naive.

McCord’s Linked In page says he wants to be a sports agent, and Syracuse is home to the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics, seed-funded by the famed sports agent (and Syracuse alum).

Wanted to make sure you saw that vball just got a transfer
 from Nebraska.

Hilarious. One of their best players in 2022.

Haven’t been here in awhile but this. Every coach like voted against this. Why? They are all stealing signs :vertical_traffic_light:

Ryan Day is now 0-3 against the SEC.

Looks like Alabama hiring the Michigan coach was about being prudent not desperate. I do hope after the season the NCAA/FBI looks at Michigan and all the ways they have tried to steal from other teams. Harbaugh is desperation personified.

Good WSJ article on Harbaugh and his status as a ‘revolutionary’. He does have the support of his team for sure. With that said, I lean towards thinking he will take the Chargers job regardless Michigan’s performance in their upcoming games.

It was a meaningless bowl game but there is a very happy Notre Dame fan in my house.

Just curious if anyone can name the one university that has 500+ wins in men’s basketball and a 10 year bowl streak in the past twenty years. There’s only one.

Georgia annihilated FSU 63-3. The most lopsided victory in Orange Bowl history.

Georgia should have been in the play-offs. Even with their 2nd and 3rd string players they totally crushed FSU. Both teams were disappointed in the committees decision but Georgia showed up no excuse for FSU.

Not to rain on anyone’s parade, but getting a bowl invite essentially requires just being able to fog a mirror.
