Ok I haven’t been able to find the answer to this anywhere online. Here is the question, in the graph displayed showing sat and gpa for a college, is the gpa on the y axis weighted out of 4.0 or unweighted.

Yeah just like in the UMD grpah is the gpa that is displayed weighted or unweighted.
Unweighted, I believe. From what I understand, most schools use unweighted because there is so much variability in how weighted grades are calculated.
Depends. Some schools like UF or the UCs recalculate GPAs and weight them.
do you mean they might recalculate gpa only when deciding admissions or they also show weighted on the graph displayed.
