I’m creating this thread to share (if you’d like) your college GPAs, what your major is, and what school you go to. I’ve been stressing over mine recently, even though I’ve only had one semester, but I just wanted to put it out there and compare.

GPA: 2.857
Major: Accounting or Finance
College: Notre Dame

I’ve got to think this is mostly gonna be people with good GPAs posting so they can show off. I wouldn’t stress to hard on any responses you get.

You still have time to get that GPA up. Retake the classes you didn’t do so well if you can’t find any other classes into your schedule. I agree with MLDWoody that some people will show off on CC with their awesome GPA. Just concentrate and focus on your academics and GPA.

2.9 but I’ve only been through my first quarter. Turned out with an A-, B, and C. I’ve never had a C in my life… I always had above a 4.0 in high school. T_T But I honestly didn’t know what I was doing my first quarter. Now it’s my second quarter, and my midterms and essays have turned out good so far. I think I’ve improved my work ethic quite a bit, so I’m confident I’ll be raising my GPA.

Don’t stress, it’s only the beginning. I was really down for about a month after grades came out, but I needed that kick in the ass to make myself work harder.

I completely failed chemistry. Like, major, absolute, complete fail. I went to all the office hours, went to drop in tutoring, went to supplemental instruction, and every. single. class. I got A’s or B+'s in all my other classes. For one reason or another, chem just didn’t click. but I’m taking the same class again this semester and I understand everything so far. I’ve never failed a class in my life, but my school’s policy is that my grade from this semester will replace my F from last semester and my GPA will be adjusted accordingly.

My first semester in college it was a big adjustment. Now in my final semester I have learned the study techniques that work for me. You just have to figure out what works for you and you should be able to raise your GPA.

GPA. 3.62
Major: Public Relations Minor: History and Communication
School: SUNY New Paltz
