<p>Basically, an enrichment program for high performing students. Usually operates under direct university authority and not department level. This means it doesn’t matter what you major in - all majors are invited.</p>
<p>Normally, you would have to apply to the university first and once your accepted THEN start your honors programs apps. It may be different for some colleges, so maybe just call the college your looking into and ask or even send an e-mail.</p>
