Hey all, its been a bit since I’ve been on here. Well, I’m done with the Marine Corps, and will be back to school Jan. 7th at a CC. Originally, I was going to focus on transferring to UC Berkeley, but I would rather go to school in the City, be it San Francisco or New York; I am open to ideas. Hell, even Boston sounds appealing.

I’m going to major in Leadership and Management. So what schools would be worth looking into? NYU does have a Leadership and Management concentration, which would be awesome. University of San Francisco also has Organization and Management concentration. I love San Francisco, and would love to go to school there. I just want to make sure I’m at a reputable academia; one that can really help connect the student to a career, such as opportunties to find a job in the city.

I don’t see tons of schools with that specific major. Northeastern and Fordham do? Is it sometimes called something else? Bentley has is listed as a specialized under its Management degree. That might make it harder to find.
Is it a specialization that is usually done in graduate school?

That sounds like a subarea of business. In San Francisco, SFSU and USF have AACSB-accredited bachelor’s degree programs in business. Neither is in downtown or the financial district, though.

Berkeley is close enough to San Francisco that distance is not an impediment against companies in San Francisco recruiting there.
