I am pretty good at knowing when something isn’t for me
I recently finished my first semester at a biblical college
At first when I visited for the tour I really liked it but of course there is a difference when you stay and when you visit a place
I was bored the first couple of months and then it slightly gotten better socially
That’s nice and all. After I really just put my life in perspective and I don’t know why I’m at this college.
At the end of the semester all I wanted to do was leave . I didn’t care about my grades or the people. Just ready to leave.
I feel like its a waste of money and time being at this college. I don’t see how it can help me figure out what I wanna do with my life. The only thing keeping me there is my stubbornness to not be a quitter. If I leave a wasted a whole semester and my credits don,t transfer to non biblical colleges. Then I have to do my basics which I didn’t get to do this semester. I don,t mind transferring but at this point I don,t really wanna go to any college unless Im kind of have an idea of what I want to do as a career.
If you go to a real university then you will take a year or two of general education credits which can help you figure out what you like and what you’re good at! You’ll take a variety of science, humanities, arts courses, etc!
@philbegas - How do you know OP is not at a real university? Because it’s a Christian school?
They said they’re at a biblical college and the credits are non-transferable. Sounds like a theological seminary or ministry training.
