College list advice?

GPA: 3.86 unweighted
AP: 13 AP classes
SAT subject tests: 730 math 2, 690 US history, taking physics in August
Extra curricular:
swimming: 4 year state qualifier. I swim at a very competitive level and swim club and well as high school
theater: sophomore and junior year at school
debate: freshman year
National honors society member

College list: (I’m trying to shorten it)
Caltech
Cornell
UCLA
UC Berkeley
UCSD
UCSB
Tufts
Emory
Carnegie Mellon
Vanderbilt

These are just the reach schools I’m looking at. I have some safety schools that I left off the list. What are my chances at some of these?

Need more ECs to stand out. GPA not bad and depends on your high school. I had a 3.7 UW and am Vanderbilt 2020!
