I think babson would be a very big reach with a 3.4 GPA but Bryant and Bentley are great ideas for OP, who may even benefit from a little geographical diversity boost at Bryant.
Babson is even more competitive than the other two. In terms of their admissions rates:
- Babson: 20%
- Bentley: 48%
- Bryant: 66%
About 30% of students submit a test to the first two and less than 20% submit to Bryant. With a 3.4 GPA, I suspect that an admission to Babson would be quite difficult as it is rejecting four students for every one it accepts.
Thank you! I was not sure.
Run the net price calculator for every school with your parents and have the money talk using real numbers. You can borrow $5,500 your first year and $6500/7500/7500 the years after. Any costs over that are paid from grants/merit usually from the school or government, cash from your parents and maybe a little from your job or loans your parents sign for. A few schools to check out are Susquehanna University, Elizabethtown College, Rider University, and Juniata. I think with your GPA you could have a shot and these are all solid schools who give merit. Good luck!
